About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
