About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Plan and organize store operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other store managers and department heads to achieve business objectives
