We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our award-winning Financial Planning practice in Ipswich. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in assisting Wealth Planners with the delivery of Wealth Planning services to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Wealth Planning administrators and Wealth Planners to ensure timely information exchange for report production.
  • Stay up-to-date with product research and ensure its accuracy.
  • Produce client reports within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for client meetings and business submissions.
  • Handle client communications, including arranging meetings for Wealth Planners when necessary.
  • Develop technical knowledge to achieve Chartered Financial Planner status.

  • Actively participate in the sharing of knowledge to both Wealth Planners and Investment Managers.
  • Maintain a full and proper understanding of the financial services market.
  • Deal with issues promptly and appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
  • Fully or part qualified CII DipPFS as a minimum.
  • At least 12 months industry experience in administration or paraplanning role.
  • Experience of providing customer service to HNW individuals.
  • Previous use of First software or Intelliflo is advantageous.
  • Previous use of Voyant or alternative Cashflow software is advantageous.
