Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on various new build residential developments across East Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of these projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the financial aspects of these developments, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and collaborating with the commercial team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee financial management of new build residential developments
* Maintain close relationships with contractors and suppliers
* Collaborate with the commercial team to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
* Ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting to guarantee project success

Requirements:
* Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations
* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
* Effective communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
