What We Need...
We are seeking an experienced and confident Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of staff, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness
- Providing training and development opportunities for team members
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives
