Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and confident Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team in a full-service environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of Front of House staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Take on a number of roles within the restaurant, including serving, hosting, and managing the front of house area.
- Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to health and safety procedures, including allergen awareness and food safety protocols.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve the customer experience and drive business growth.
