Job Opportunity:

Sam's, Genuine Restaurants Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Host/Hostess to join our team at our flagship restaurant in Hammersmith. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering perfect hospitality in a fast-paced high-end restaurant environment. You will need to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively as part of a team. If you are a team player with a 'can-do' attitude and a desire to learn and grow with our company, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
* Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a high-quality dining experience
* Maintain a high level of knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
