As a Host/Hostess, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your mission will be to ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their dining experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and allocating tables with a smile.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and efficient.
  • Master our bookings system, Sevenrooms, to manage bookings and enquiries with ease.
  • Be a problem solver, responding quickly and effectively to any issues that may arise during service.
  • Respect health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the floor.
  • Embody Big Mamma values, demonstrating a warm, smiling, and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues alike.

About You:

  • A great communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Able to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor during busy periods.
  • Familiarity with online booking systems is a plus, but not essential.
  • Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a busy restaurant environment is desirable.
