Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Account Support Specialist to join our team at Brook Street UK. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients regarding their accounts, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients regarding their accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation with a high attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Dealing with our suppliers and sorting out their energy bills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Skilled in Microsoft 360 including Excel.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in Administration with a financial background or proven ability working with numbers.
