Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management Limited. As a key member of our Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our administrative processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all team administrative processes are reliable and efficient.
- Tailoring your approach to communicate with customers, team departments, and the wider business to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Adhering to and understanding relevant policies, controls, and regulatory rules applicable to your role.
- Escalating issues or concerns as necessary.
- Supporting the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture.
- Collaborating with other teams within the business and external companies.
About You
- Experience working within financial services, customer services, or administration is preferred.
- Proven ability to work to a high accuracy and service standard.
- Experience of dealing with internal or external clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proactive and driven, with a strong desire to learn and take ownership.
- Highly computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A strong desire to learn and have a holistic understanding of a process or issue.
- Proven track record in concern for and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Interview Process
A competency-based interview will be conducted through Microsoft Teams.
Working Schedule
This role is based at our Bristol head office, and we offer flexible working hours spanning Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. Once you've completed your training, gained confidence, and passed your three-month probation, hybrid working options become available.
