About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Consultant Social Worker is based within an Early Help Team in the Liverpool area. Your primary focus will be on supporting the practice improvement within Early Help Hubs through audits of case work completed by Outreach Family Support Workers and Early Help Social Workers.

You will play a crucial role in providing feedback on an individual basis to support learning and development with individual staff, and collating thematic findings in audit reports to be shared across the service.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in social work, including a BSc Social Work or equivalent qualification, Social Work England Registration, and experience of working within a management/audit/quality role.
