About the Role
At Rolls-Royce, we offer a unique opportunity for students to combine academic studies with practical work experience. Our Engineering Degree Apprenticeship is a 4-year program that allows you to work alongside our expert engineers while studying towards a fully-sponsored degree and other qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
As an Engineering Degree Apprentice, you will be involved in various projects and activities, including workshop-based manufacturing training and classroom-based learning. You will work closely with our engineers to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in engineering principles, design, and development.
Requirements
To be eligible for this program, you must have a strong academic record, including five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, and an Engineering-based Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma. You should also be passionate about developing a career in engineering and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
