About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rolls-Royce as a Manufacturing Engineer Apprentice. As part of our team, you will contribute to the development of advanced manufacturing processes and work with experts from across the industry.

You will be responsible for introducing new products, controlling change, and continuously improving existing manufacturing processes. You will also learn how to manage projects and costs, design and validate manufacturing processes, and implement quality assurance methods.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be analytical, highly motivated, and endlessly curious about how things are made and how processes work. You must also have a passion for manufacturing engineering and a strong academic background.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive starting salary of £20,735 per year, a fully sponsored BEng degree, and a range of benefits, including 33 days' holiday per year and a choice of voluntary benefits.
