National Sales Manager

As a National Account Manager at Wallace Hind Selection LTD, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing existing accounts. Working closely with the Head of Sales, European Business Development Managers, Internal Sales, and Technical Support, you will be one of the key faces of the business.
With extensive UK travel, your duties and accountabilities will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts to cultivate, develop, and maximise relationships.
- Working closely with the internal sales team to continuously communicate with the wider customer base (1200) across Distributors, Resellers, and OEMs such as Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, Defence, Agriculture, Telematics, Automation, and MHE.
- Achieving a sales target of £1.8m.
You will be proactive in managing, growing, and nurturing existing accounts, comfortable and confident in a customer-facing environment, with the autonomy to manage your own diary and be where you need to be to get the job done and service our existing clients.
You will have a proven track record of commercial success within sales and account management, ideally from a technical environment with an industrial component. As an established business, we have consistently developed through performance, organic growth, and acquisition. Our industrial components are critical in the operation of virtually every major electronic device on the planet.
Key Benefits:
- OTE £6,200 + additional commission.
- Company car allowance £4,020.

- 25 days annual leave.
Location: Home-based with extensive UK travel and occasional visits to our Northamptonshire office.
Commutable Locations: You will most likely be based in the Midlands, with possible locations including Northampton, Birmingham, Oxford, Swindon, Bedford, Stevenage, Leicester, Luton, Milton Keynes, Banbury, and Cambridge.
