Dementia Care Facility Manager

Purosearch Ltd is recruiting an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to lead our nursing home in providing exceptional care to residents with dementia in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of dementia care and experience in managing dementia residents, as well as a proven track record in managing nursing homes.
About the Role- Lead and manage all aspects of the nursing home to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support and develop the nursing team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.
- Must have previously managed a nursing home with 50+ beds.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC Pin.
- Excellent understanding of dementia care and experience in managing dementia residents.
