Job Title: Care Excellence Practitioner Night Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Excellence Practitioner Night Shift to join our team at Belong Newcastle-Under-Lyme. As a key member of our night shift team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and service for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care and promote resident dignity and respect.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as providing personal and practical care to residents, assisting with mealtimes, and ensuring resident safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet individual resident needs.
  • Monitor resident health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns or changes to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate records for each resident, adhering to data protection policies.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
  • Dedicated passion for delivering exceptional care and promoting resident dignity and respect.
