Nuffield Health is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary team at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the wellbeing of patients, working with a wide range of inpatient pre and post-operative conditions. You will play a key role in helping patients achieve, maintain and recover to the level of health and wellbeing they aspire to.

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will work collaboratively with fitness professionals and clinicians to optimise patient health outcomes. You will have the opportunity to develop as a practitioner, with access to training, mentoring and career development opportunities.

The hourly rate for this role is £25.00 per hour, with enhancements for unsocial working. As a Nuffield Health Physiotherapist, you will also enjoy benefits such as further professional development opportunities, funding support towards CPD activity and postgraduate study, and access to internal CPD courses and online content.

To be successful in this role, you will require a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registration with the Health and Care Professions Council, and excellent manual therapy skills. You must be a confident communicator, able to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care, adhering to Nuffield Health's values and beliefs, and ensuring ongoing monitoring of treatment standards. You will also participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
