Job Description

Are you a registered nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or paramedic looking to transition your career into a new and exciting field?

Our client, a leading organisation in the UK, is seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join their team as Disability Analysts.

As a Disability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing customers and providing written reports to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to inform their decision-making process.

Day-to-Day

You will be responsible for assessing up to six customers per day, taking clinical observations and questioning, and creating a written report. Your report will form part of the decision-making process, but the final decision will be made by the DWP.

Training and Development

Our client offers comprehensive training, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. The training programme is approximately six months long and will be paid. You will also receive ongoing CPD opportunities, support with revalidation, and the chance to develop your career within the organisation.

Your Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or paramedic with a minimum of one year's experience. You will also need to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
