Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist Tissue Viability

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a clinical case load of patients with tissue viability issues. This will involve prioritizing patient referrals via a triage pathway, developing new educational packages, and delivering existing educational programs. Additionally, the candidate will participate in educational and audit activities, assist the lead TVN in achieving service objectives, and develop, implement, and evaluate specialist services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Adult / Child Nurse on the NMC Register
  • Evidence of post-registration CPD / Post registration qualification in appropriate area of specialty or professional knowledge supplemented by specialist experience and short courses to degree / masters level equivalent FHEQ Level 6 /7
  • Recognised mentorship course

  • The successful candidate will be required to work across all UHB acute hospital sites
