This Director of Commercial Finance will play a pivotal role in driving FairPlay Sports Media's business forward through its next stage of profitable growth and success.

This role involves supporting, challenging, and influencing other members of the wider leadership team in finance and as an integral part of the senior team.

Partner with the CFO to understand the strategic priorities of the wider business and their financial implications, opportunities, and risks.

Lead a capable and motivated FP&A team, supporting their future professional development.

Invest in the appraisal of potential M&A targets and support post-deal execution.

Proactively monitor leading indicators of the business to facilitate data-driven business decisions.

Oversee the Financial Planning Cycle, including the Budget and 3-Year Plan.

A proven Finance leader within a business that has scaled internationally with a SaaS element.

A strong finance/accounting background in Private Equity and M&A.

Significant experience of business partnering with non-financial leaders and teams.

A track record in developing commercial initiatives resulting in profitable growth.

Flexible and open to change, able to cope with a fast-moving and rapidly growing business.

While gambling experience is not required, an interest in this/sport/technology/digital marketing is likely found in the successful candidate.
