About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our dedicated team at Miele. As a trusted advisor to our leadership team, you will play a key role in driving our people strategy and delivering business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with functional leaders to understand their focus areas and develop a functional people strategy to achieve aligned performance metrics.
  • Lead key business projects and serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet KPIs and drive best practices across our cluster and region.
  • Oversee the people calendar, talent forums, and other HR initiatives.
  • Create and deliver learning and development initiatives to build competency across the cluster.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for an exceptional communicator with strong HR experience, preferably with some exposure to the retail sector. You will have a solid understanding of UK employment law and be able to demonstrate proactive, innovative thinking with a passion for continuous improvement.
