Job Title: Interim HR Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join our team at Revvity. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and employees in all aspects of the delivery of the people agenda.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on employee life cycle issues, including annual people plans, job levelling, talent management, performance improvement initiatives, retention management, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives in alignment with the business strategy and the People & Culture Strategy.
  • Implement change management initiatives to advance organizational performance within a global matrixed environment.
  • Work with HR Leader to develop and implement retention strategies, including employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Develop annual workforce plans and hiring strategies for the divisions, ensuring the highest quality of talent is brought into the organization.
  • Support leadership teams in the design and flex of their organizational structures, with great change management and communication to ensure we meet the needs of a fast-growth business.
  • Understand the future direction of the business and adapt HR strategies and initiatives to future-proof our business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of HR experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a large company setting.
  • Experience in HR Operations, including reward and payroll.
  • Strong employment law acumen and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships through all levels of the organization.

Preferred:

  • High energy individual willing to get involved in all aspects of the employee life cycle at both a business partner and an operational level.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver against agreed commitments and deadlines.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong aptitude in verbal and numeric reasoning.
