About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Administrator. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administration: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and updating internal systems.
  • Communication: Liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • Office Support: Ensure all office duties are completed as required, including answering calls and responding to enquiries.
Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. The role is based in a rural location, and you must have access to your own transport.
