- Monitor and analyse customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service excellence.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
