Technology Alignment Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technology Alignment Manager to join our team at Digital Gurus. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing innovative technology strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall performance.

You will work closely with both office and store teams, ensuring technology initiatives drive innovation and meet business priorities. You will be the key link between operational needs and IT solutions, contributing to the success and growth of the company.

This is a Hybrid role with 3-4 days a week onsite in Lytham. We are a well-established business heavily investing in digital transformation. As a Technology Alignment Manager, you will lead and manage technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Act as the main liaison between departments and IT, ensuring technology strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Technology Solutions Development: Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, collaborating with IT on scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing improvements that boost efficiency and productivity.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions.
  • Experience in both business analysis (BA) and project management (PM), particularly in leading technology projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, always looking for innovative ways to improve processes.
  • Proven ability to align technology with business objectives and manage competing priorities.
