Business Operations Strategist

We're seeking a Business Operations Strategist to join our team at Digital Gurus. As a key player in driving business innovation through technology, you'll develop and implement innovative technology strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall performance.

This is a Hybrid role with 3-4 days a week onsite in Lytham. You will be working with a well-established business heavily investing in its digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions, experience in both business analysis (BA) and project management (PM), particularly in leading technology projects.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a forward-thinking mindset, and the ability to align technology with business objectives and manage competing priorities.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £52,000 per annum.

About the Role:
  • Strategic Alignment: Act as the main liaison between departments and IT, ensuring technology strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Technology Solutions Development: Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, collaborating with IT on scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing improvements that boost efficiency and productivity.
