Guest Experience Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Agent to join our team at ME London Hotel. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the hotel team to ensure that all guest requests are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local area, in order to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
- Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by participating in team meetings, training sessions, and other activities as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions, with the ability to provide guests with recommendations and information.
