Business Development Opportunity

Boston Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the UK and Ireland markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to increase market share and revenue growth in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital administrators, and medical societies to drive business growth and expand our product portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions for physicians and hospital staff to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
