About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sales Designer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Design and present inspirational kitchen solutions to customers, using CAD software to create accurate plans and quotes.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their project requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, building a strong network of customers and working closely with external sales representatives to drive business growth.
  • Regularly visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up inspirational designs and present them to customers.
  • Ensure customer safety is at the forefront of everything we do, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

  • A competitive salary between £20-24k, with uncapped commission and the potential to earn up to £60k in your first year.
