About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sales Designer. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Design and present inspirational kitchen solutions to customers, using CAD software to create accurate plans and quotes.
  • Work closely with the external sales team to ensure seamless customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Regularly visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up designs and present them to customers.
  • Ensure customer safety is at the forefront of all interactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • A competitive salary between £20-24k, with uncapped commission and the potential to earn up to £60k in the first year.
