About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sales Designer at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored design solutions.
  • Utilize CAD software to create accurate plans and quotes, ensuring timely and professional delivery to customers.
  • Work closely with the external sales representative to ensure customer requirements are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Regularly visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up inspirational designs and present them to customers.
  • Ensure customer safety is paramount, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • No prior industry experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities.
  • Transferable skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a thirst for sales and design are essential.
  • Methodical and tenacious approach, with meticulous planning and great communication skills.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with the drive and energy to succeed, and a strong self-starter mentality.
What We Offer

  • Salary between £20-24k, plus uncapped commission, with the potential to earn an OTE of £30k in the first year and up to £60k for top performers.
