We are looking for an Engineering Sales Lead to join our team at JBS Global Resourcing. This role involves leading technical sales initiatives, making a tangible impact on major projects, and growing within a supportive, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored technical solutions, manage customer relationships, and ensure accurate job costing through hands-on site visits.
  • Collaborate with project and engineering teams to design and propose technical solutions that meet customer specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, ensuring their technical and business needs are understood and met.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts and the broader market.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with a focus on technical feasibility and value delivery.
  • Drive market awareness for our comprehensive portfolio of critical power products and services.
  • Develop strategic plans to maximise sales opportunities, tailored to each client's technical challenges.
  • Provide insights and technical content for blogs and web marketing to position the company as a thought leader.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to stay ahead of market trends and foster key relationships.

The salary for this role is around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
