Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural BIM Technologist to work across various projects, from residential to commercial, utilizing their expertise in ArchiCAD software. As part of our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD, you will be responsible for collaborating with surveyors and stakeholders, attending meetings, and producing high-quality drawings. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work across all RIBA stages on a variety of projects, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Liaise with surveyors and stakeholders to maintain open communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in meetings with external consultants and clients to discuss project progress and requirements.
  • Visit sites to gather information, inspect ongoing work, and provide expert advice where necessary.
  • Mentor junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop solutions to problems that occur during construction, applying your technical expertise to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Produce high-quality drawings using ArchiCAD software, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Compile tender packages, conduct site surveys, and prepare planning applications as required.


Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong technical ability, with a deep understanding of ArchiCAD software and its applications.
  • Be able to commute easily to Perth, living within a reasonable distance to minimize travel time.
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Show a commitment to hard work and motivation, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Display excellent teamwork skills, with the capacity to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Be willing to travel to sites, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude towards project demands.
