About the job:

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential BIM Design Specialist to join our team of experts in high-end residential, hotel and commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering building information models that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Main responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality building information models using ArchiCAD, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with surveyors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare tender packages, conduct site surveys, and support planning applications as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end residential or commercial environment.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in ArchiCAD and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
