We're a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, passionate about driving technological innovation and continuous improvement. As a Tech Growth Strategist, you'll play a critical role in shaping our Technology vision and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in terms of emerging technologies and skills.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop a comprehensive understanding of technology trends and shifts, identifying essential skills needed to future-proof our existing talent. You'll work closely with industry bodies, partnerships, and innovation hubs to bring in and nurture young talent, while maintaining a focus on specialized, Tech-centric skills and capability development.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to act as a bridge between Technology, Talent & Development, and HR teams. You'll be a champion for Continuous Improvement mindset and drive the desire to knowledge share across the Technology Division.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive reward package, 15% non-contributory pension, and 28 days annual leave.
