Key Accountabilities- Take charge of patient treatment plans, integrating expert assessments, innovative treatments, and rigorous risk assessments
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with multidisciplinary teams, fostering open communication and driving cohesive care
- Lead by example, demonstrating unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and continually improving practice
- Develop and maintain thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policy, and best practices in adult psychiatry
- Expand your professional network through engagement with internal stakeholders and external partnerships
We are proud to offer an attractive remuneration package, including an estimated annual salary of £140,000 - £160,000 based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits program that promotes work-life balance, encourages personal growth, and supports long-term career success.
