Lead Psychiatric Service Manager

About the Role
As a Consultant Psychiatrist in Liaison Psychiatry, you will provide psychiatric care to patients referred to the Liaison Psychiatry Service and contribute to cross-cover.
You will also provide medical expertise within the Multidisciplinary Liaison Team and act as a Responsible Clinician (Approved Clinician status) for patients detained under the MHA to the acute trust.
The ideal candidate will have MRCPsych or equivalent and be on, or within six months of inclusion on, the Specialist Register. You must be fully registered with the GMC and have Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act.
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
