We are seeking a Student Support Professional to join our team at SCIE. As a University Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, helping them navigate the challenges of academic life, and empowering them to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

You will be working closely with students to identify areas for improvement, develop personalized learning plans, and provide ongoing support throughout their academic journey. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and ability to build rapport with students will be essential in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular check-ins with students to monitor their progress and address any concerns
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to improve student outcomes
  • Foster collaborative relationships with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for students
