Autism Specialist Support Worker Needed

We are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to work in a school for students with diverse Special Educational Needs in Luton.

Role Requirements:

  • The selected candidate will maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
  • Documentation of pupil observations is essential throughout the school day.
  • The successful applicant will communicate effectively with colleagues to track student progress.
  • They will foster an inclusive atmosphere by promoting student engagement in educational activities.
  • Providing adequate support to students with SEN and special requirements is critical.
