We are recruiting for an experienced New Homes Specialist to join our Western Region team in Carterton. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for helping homebuyers find their dream new homes and providing them with exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales within the new house building market and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also need to be proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking reservations and initiating all paperwork, ensuring that all purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects. You will also build good working relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and building society managers and valuers.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including Bupa Healthcare Cover, Scottish Widows Pension Scheme, 33 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays), and Group Staff Discount at Triumph Motorcycles ltd.
