About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Home Lending Specialist in Oxfordshire offers a unique chance to work with a leading financial services provider. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on residential mortgage options.

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their individual needs and goals, offering personalized solutions to meet their financial objectives. You will also have access to a regular flow of pre-qualified appointments and leads per week, allowing you to build strong relationships and achieve exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service standards, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Full CeMAP certification or equivalent is required, as well as 12+ months' experience as a Home Lending Specialist.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
