About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Cashier/Administrator to join our team at General Office, St Ann's Hospital. The successful candidate will provide financial support and administrative duties for the site, working closely with the Patient Affairs Officer.

Main Responsibilities

The main duties of the role include providing petty cash, banking, and financial duties for the site. You will also support the Patient Affairs Officer with administrative tasks, such as completing estates requisitions, issuing site keys and alarms to new staff and contractors.

Requirements

  • GCSE in English and Maths Grade C or above, or equivalent
  • RSA II or equivalent experience in Word Processing/Typing
  • Experience of working within an office environment with cash handling and financial reconciliation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills to work within set deadlines
  • Good organisational skills and ability to organise own workload
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn and work on a variety of systems
