Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Planners
  • Client liaison and communication
  • Assist in preparing suitability reports and meeting packs
  • Drafting letters and emails to clients
  • Maintain active monitoring of client-focused activity on platforms
  • Liaise with third-party providers
  • Comply with FCA regulations
  • Stay up to date with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes

Requirements:
