Chartered Accountancy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join our client's team in Dartford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of prestigious clients and overseeing a team of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied mix of assignments, including audit, accounting, and corporate tax, to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Organize, plan, and manage all audit and accounting assignments for the portfolio, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Supervise and support team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional results.
- Report directly to the client engagement partner, providing regular updates on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to strategic business planning for clients, including tax planning and corporate finance, to help drive business growth and success.
- Participate in practice development initiatives, including networking events, to help build relationships and drive business growth.
- Work collaboratively with a team of managers and partners to develop and support the growth of the firm.
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' practical experience in a similar practice-based role.
- Have exposure to FRS 102.
- Proven experience in planning, undertaking, and finalizing a variety of statutory audit assignments.
- Proven experience in drafting and finalizing corporation tax computations for a variety of companies.
