Job Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is supporting a reputable and growing firm of chartered accountants who are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of prestigious clients, overseeing a team of experienced professionals and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Plan, organize, and execute audit and accounting assignments, including corporate tax and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the client engagement partner to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning, including tax planning and corporate finance, to drive growth and development.
  • Participate in practice development initiatives, such as networking events, to enhance the firm's reputation and attract new clients.
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' practical experience in a similar practice-based role.
  • Exposure to FRS 102.
  • Proven experience in planning, undertaking, and finalizing statutory audit assignments.
  • Proven experience in drafting and finalizing corporation tax computations for a variety of companies.

  • Competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000, negotiable based on experience and background.
