Senior Accountant

This is an exciting opportunity to join Olivia Ruella Limited, a prominent and fast-growing independent firm of chartered accountants based in the north Kent corridor.
The firm has experienced significant and consistent organic growth over the last 7 years, representing a diverse range of clients both locally, in London and on a national basis.
This is a dynamic role with a wide range of responsibilities, including aspects of outsourcing, accounts, and tax-led duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering financial services, including accounts, management accounts, VAT, bookkeeping, and planning services to a varied client base.
- Preparing financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Compiling corporate tax computations and returns.
- Offering bookkeeping and management accounting services.
- Assisting clients and staff with cloud accounting software.
- Ensuring meticulous maintenance and updating of accounting records for clients.
- Overseeing and preparing quarterly VAT returns.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates for this position will hold qualifications such as AAT, ACA, ACCA, or possess equivalent experience.
- A background in accountancy practice, with experience in small/medium/large independent firms.
- Operating at the Accounts Semi Senior or Senior level, or equivalent, with a track record of delivering diverse accountancy practice services to clients ranging from sole traders and partnerships to limited companies.
Benefits:
- £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
