About Us

At Amplifon, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional hearing care to our customers. We're seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our Northampton branch and provide personalized support to our clients.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our Sales & Customer Service Advisor to manage your diary, greet customers, and focus on delivering outstanding customer care. As the sole Audiologist in the store, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers and establish a strong reputation within the local community.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and provide options for hearing solutions.
  2. Offer aftercare services in line with the Amplifon aftercare program.
  3. Manage the clinic, including staff management, with the support of the Sales & Customer Advisor.
  4. Ensure that the team provides a professional, courteous, and high-quality service.
  5. Deliver a positive Amplifon customer journey experience that exceeds expectations.
  6. Act as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.

About You

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC.
  • Exceptional standards of customer care and service.
  • Strong analytical and judgment abilities.
  • Effective communication style.
  • Organized and efficient with time.
