Cancer Care Community Chemotherapy Nurse

This exciting opportunity allows a skilled nurse to contribute to the delivery of high-quality cancer care in the community.

As a Chemotherapy Care Specialist, you will be responsible for administering chemotherapy treatments, conducting regular blood tests, and managing pump disconnections. The estimated annual salary for this position is up to £43,000, negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administer chemotherapy treatments according to established protocols
  2. Conduct regular blood tests to monitor patient response
  3. Manage pump disconnections and line care to ensure patient safety
  4. Perform IM/SC injections as required
  5. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
  • An active NMC Pin as a Registered RGN Nurse
  • Essential experience in Oncology, Haematology, or Chemotherapy
