Role Overview

Pemberley House Care Home in Basingstoke, Hampshire, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity, independence, and comfort at all times.

Main Job Duties:

Your primary responsibility as Homecare Team Member will be to deliver exceptional care to residents. This will include assisting with hygiene, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will also contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

Work Arrangements:

We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work nights, and we require a DBS Disclosure check. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is also necessary. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
