Job Overview

This exciting opportunity for a Caseworker is available in our Hampshire & Isle of Wight team, working 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid basis with 3 days in Basingstoke office and 2 days from home.

About the Role
  • Develop and deliver safety and support plans for individuals affected by crime, providing resources, interventions, and information.
  • Work alongside volunteer supporters, overseeing their casework management and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Liaise with local providers to share information on VS service offers and options for victims and survivors.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and confidential records using a bespoke case management system.
  2. Contribute to monitoring information, including outcome collection.
  3. Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Manage complex cases and prioritise tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Understanding of the impact of crime on victims, including sexual violence, hate crime, and anti-social behaviour.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience delivering services in statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency settings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

£28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
